I want to make/modify a handheld spotlight, basically like this thread: 100W HID Mod. I was wondering if this site would be a good source for the bulbs and ballast: https://www.pro-vision-lighting.com/hid-xenon-bulbs-100w

I can't find any real reviews for it; or if it would be any better than just getting a cheap HID kit off Ebay. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Also, would it be better to get the 4300K or 6000K bulbs? I'm assuming 4300K would be better, but I'm not sure how the spectrum/CRI compare, or if there are any other considerations.
