Housing for single led bikelight?

Looking for a small housing for a single XP-G bikelight for the helmet. Have a P7 bikelight for the handle bar but in tight turns I'm missing some light . So I want to build a small light for my helmet. Doesn't have to be very bright so a single XP-G should be enough. Want to power it with a external battery pack. anybody got any ideas?

Having built a light by deciding on a housing first, I would suggest instead you consider the beam you want, the optics and the LED that will get that beam (unless your heart is set on the XP-G, then one decision has been made), and those choices will dictate size of the light. Check second page in that DIY Light Forum for the Micro helmet light, and the CuLite threads. I have three 10417 lens/XP-G of the micro helmet light in my handle bar light and it is pretty floody. It looks like you have to go up to at least 20 mm diameter lens to get an 11 degree beam.
