How did you dis-assemble your Ra Clicky?

I've seen some pics and posts' about people upgrading their Ra. I don't see how to get it apart. I have a 140 Cn. How do you get the light engine and reflector out? I don't know if I'm going to try it anytime soon, just would like to know. A picture tutorial would be great...

You have to remove the bezel at the front and then you have to carefully screw out the part with the thread on to get access to the led. you need to wrap it in something soft and then get some pliers on it.

Cool. I wonder if you could order a new reflector assembly if you ever messed up the one you had.
