How do I establish a Pay Pal Account

How do I go about establishing a Pay Pal account so I can sell items on the Sale Forum and have people pay me through Pay Pal. I tried e-mailing them and their information is confusing. Seems like they are only talking about E-Bay transactions. Can anybody help me with some information?

Thank you very much, I opened an account and am all set now. My mistake was e-mailing them with a question! I should have just gone to the site and opened and account..
