How do you carry your Gladius?

I am looking for a good way to EDC my Gladius.

I am giving some serious thought to horizontal belt carry, just not sure how.

So, just curious how everyone carries there Gladius, or any lights that are similar in size.

Most importantly, is anyone carrying horizontally, and if so, how?

My Gladius sits at home since I don't have a holster for it.

As far as similar sized lights go, My Surefire L5 comes with a pocket-carry clip.

I use a Mod-U-Lok.

When I bought my Gladius it came with a Mod-U-Lok holster. It works great.

I also use the Mod-U-Lock holster for duty wear, but have often thougth that a horizontal holster could have its values. I plan on making my own holster for this reason.

If you're not as handy, there are some people here willing to make holsters for sale. Do some searching and Im sure you'll find plenty of info......

I've heard of that holster failing.

Wish I could use something like my Surefire V70 Speed holster for the Gladius. It's a bit loud, but holds my G2 securely, and offers a fast draw.

The modulok holster seems to have a weak point though. The rubber thing can give out at any point like a rubber band. Even in the photos, it looks to have taken a beating already and may be at the end of its life.

The rubber strap came off right away on my Mod_u_lock, I found an o-ring to fit the bill. I bought three of them in case the first one broke, Its still there working like a charm.

I have a bladetech for my Gladius and it is great. Be advised though if you do decide on the bladetech pick the one for the gladius, even though the g2 and 6p have the same bezel diameter they don't seem to fit well in the gladius pouch. Gladius fits perfectly
