I'm trying to create a liquid sky/time tunnel effect but i've never done it before so i'm not sure the best way to go about it.

Is the best way to create the liquid sky/time tunnel effect to mount a small mirror on a motor and shine the laser on it?

Does it matter what angle the laser is aimed at the mirror?

Do you need smoke/fog to get the full effect?

Any one have a photo/diagram of a simple setup they could post?

Liquid sky is just a flat plan scan, not circular. The tunnel is a circle. You can put a mirror at a slight angle on a motor and make the tunnel. A lot of people use the guts of a laser printer or a barcode reader to create liquid sky, but the trick there is how to power it up. This auction on ebay:

looks like something from the inside of a laser printer.
