How do you keep your Fenix clicky switch clean?

Ive only had my Fenix L1P for about a week now, and ive only carried it in my pants pocket about twice so far. Now when I look at the clicky, there is all kinds of dust and lint gathered up on it. I cant just run my finger over it to bush it off as it doesnt do any good, all that dust and lint is still on there like static cling!

I dont want to mess with any chemicals on it, though I know some Pledge or Armour All would clean it. But I know it would also make the rubber slippery, which is what one doesnt need for a clicky.

Now that I think of what I just wrote - "like static cling" - would maybe rubbing a downey fabric softner on the rubber boot help to keep all that junk from gathering up on the boot?

You could put a plastic cap over the Clikie end of the L1 when carried in
your pocket, Most of the common sports drinks have the plastic protection caps,

I just read something similar to that actually:

"Guys,
seriously, take a trip to the hardware store today.
Look in the plumbing sections for Pipe caps, they come in plastic or rubber, and are sized from 1/4 and up.

I use the rubber plugs on the both ends of ALL of my lights.

Lenses are still like new, and so are the switches.

If i lose a cap, i carry a different light so i dont scratch lenses and such.

Added bonus is, that they sit really good with rubber caps on the ends."

I use a can of compressed air that is used for cleaning keyboards. Seems to blow all the crap out of those small unreachable areas.
