how to attach camera to bike helmet?

how do you attach a HD camcorder or point shoot camera to bike helmet?

I want to shoot movie while I ride my mountain bike on the trail.

Is this a regular camcorder we're talking about, or one of those dedicated sports cams (they look like a little tube)?

If the former, I'd think it'd be too heavy to mount on a helmet - maybe on the frame instead? If the latter, you could try a twofish lockblock.

I am not talking about dedicated sport cam made by viosport. I am curious about regular mounting method for regular HD camcorder.
