HOW TO?? KX2 driver swap

I have my KX2 head open and I can see the LED, how do i get to the driver to swap it?

You have to open up the lower half to access the driver.

Heat it up again like you (most likely) had to do to the bezel.
Hold the lower part and firmly twist the black inner part with pliers squeezed into the two semicircle vertical slots on the ID where the LED is.
The black threaded part should unscrew from the bottom. then you can acess the driver.

Take a look here I opened up and E1b head for modding and it is similar to the KX2 inside.
