How to make a surefire tail stand

Well I was in bass pro yesterday and bought a blue and red filter for my e2d that is arriving monday, I was curious and stuck it onto the tail cap of my u2 and g3 and they can now tail stand and just for $8. So it should work for most surfires as their tailcaps are mostly the same.....

I never noticed that the bezel diameter of the E series lights and the tailcap diameter of the C series lights is the same. Good call.

The filters are small enough to drop in your pocket and can be put on and removed easily, if you didnt want to retaint the filters functionality you could remove the lens and still have the button access on the tailcap.

I got them from bass pro but the are the filters for the executive series, F05, and F06 i believe.
