Husky 6 led conversion help

Hi all,
I just got a rc-g2 and my interest in flashlight has increased. So i was wondering if anything can be done to increase the output of a huskey flashlight? Its a 6 led flashlight that uses 3aaa batteries.

Anyone know what mods can be done with this.

You can swap the 6 5mm LEDs with the current best 5mm LEDs, but the LEDs will still be overdriven which is bad for their life.

I'd just keep it as is and use it as a back up light and save the money for something better.

Well, a P60 drop-in might fit there, the first thing to buy is always a caliper. :rolleyes:
Looks like you would have to mod the switch though.

The battery holder could probably be replaced with a 18500 protected li-ion.

What I meant was if he decides to put in a drop-in (doesn't seem like it would fit though) he could use that cell instead of three AAA:s.

But it's probably better to use another host as Gunner12 said.
