Email? Do you work nights?

Call them at 800-828-8809 right now. They'll set you up right away. Then, when you've lost the address they gave you, you'll want this: :D

For repair or replacement contact Customer Service at 1-800-828-8809(toll free) or 1-714-545-9444 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Then package the unit carefully and return to:

SureFire, LLC
Repairs Department, RMA#____
17680 Newhope Street, Suite B
Fountain Valley, CA 92708

Call them, they'll give you an RMA over the phone in 5 minutes. You'll likely have the light back from repair before they answer your email.

I just sent my A2 back in for the same problem about 2 weeks ago (although mine took considerably more force to break the lens), I already have it back repaired.

+2 on calling them. That seems to be the best way, as some have reported not receiving emails back. I cracked my 6p lens last year (older 6p with the lexan lens) and they sent me a Z71 kit for free. They have an excellent warranty on their products!

There's a good chance that they'll send replacement parts without you having to give them the light if you call.

I just got a new lens for my M6. Smooth painless procedure. I think that it took about a week for the entire round trip.

+1 on great Surefire customer service. The other folks are right, a call will probably get a lot quicker response.

No I dont work nights anymore :grin2:, I just prefere not talking to people, hence the internet.

But they did reply today, Just ask for my address to send a new lens "Free of charge." :D

What a great company. Hopefully I dont need to but next time I call if ever needed.

Yeah, Surefire has THE best warranty of ANY product I've ever owned. I've gotten two tailcaps from them with no questions asked. They didn't even need a serial number or a proof of purchase. Just got my address and sent the replacements which I received within 1 week. Now that's customer service!!

Also had great dealings with SF. My click cap on my E1E was acting up and they sent me a replacement one right away. I didn't even have to send back the defective one.

Just called Surefire today as I was playing with one of my G2's last night when I learned that the tailcap didn't lock out. I called them to find out if it was broken or what the deal is and the guy told me that it's an older one that just didn't lock out. I said, that's fine, what would it cost for a lock out tailcap and he told me not to worry about it and that he would send one out free of charge.

I was amazed at that as I don't think that is something they should have to do. This was my first call to them and I think I have 12 of their lights so it's good to know that if I have issues with any of them they are there for me.:)
