I need help about the batteries i can use here

HI, i have this in route right now and i couldnt find anything here on it, http://www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=5661
its the uf a1 , it says it can use regular cr123 or 16340rechargeables, but i use aw protected r123 ,, will these be ok as well ? the only difference i can see in the two is one is 550 mah and r123 are 750 mah but both are 3.7 v nominal

The technically correct name for a 123-sized Li-Ion battery is 16340, they're one and the same.

i knew u would come through for me, lol so why is the ones aw calls 16340 and one he calls r123 ? the only is the 550 and the 750?

The 750 is Li-Ion, the 550 is LiMN. Go with the LiMN only if your application is very high-current, such as a hotwire mod, otherwise just use Li-Ion.

AW's Li-Ions are black with a silver label, and the LiMNs are all red.
