This is not surprising. In China they make the same thing (things) but under different brand names to sell in different markets.

In fact I have seen some lights which look very much the same as some SFs.

It's funny, though, how laser-etching something different on the body can be cost as much as the whole light (if you compare the prices on fenix-store with this).

(NB: Surefire does not produce in China. They do not rebrand, as far as I know. It's something else entirely when products get shamelessly copied.)
