easytim it sounds as if you are looking for a specific circuit or general electrical suggestions. You will have much better input in the electronic section and as such I am moving this for you.....this is the incorrect area for this type post.

Now that I read your link I am not sure if you need a circuit or maybe just emitter or lamp suggestions. If you feel you need something other than electrical ideas let me know and we will try to move this to general LED or lighting section.....for now I hope this helps you out a little more.
