They fooled me and we did the tree awhile ago.
I got a P6L as I thought and hoped would be the case.
In similar shape and brightness, at this time I have 3 lights.
The P60L is at this time on my black G2 and did come with aluminum bezel with what I'm fairly certain is a glass lense.
A DX 1447 Cree drop in is in my green G2. It has a bit of tinfoil to help with module to body ground.
And lastly is a Chop Modded KL3 with a select LUXIII running in a LOP reflector.
DX Cree OWNS P60L as far as tint goes. Not so much in brightness in that P60L reaches right around as far as DX Cree but doesn't SEEM as bright as it is more blueish white than this particular DX Cree.
Chopped KL3 OWNS BOTH for reach and tint!
It has a tighter spot which helps with throw.
KL3 and P60L have very similar spread of spill, DX Cree not as much.
DX Cree spill is brightest, with P60L next and KL3 last.
KL3 gives spill away to the brighter tighter spot.
None of them is to sneeze at, but right now DX Cree (at least this one - I have a second one in a Maxfire LX in Dads truck that was more blue than this one) is the champ.
I have one more player inbound. DX 4068 SSC 42180-U 3W Emitter Reflector Driver module (3.7-8.0V)
We'll see how it stacks up to these!
I may attempt beamshots, but I still don't have a good digital camera.
You're just going to have to take my word for it just now.:nana:
