this totally surprised me. I know some LEDs are regulated and some aren't. But are any driven at a frequency?
I was working in lab with a photodiode hooked up to an oscilloscope and had the lights off (working with lasers). the PD was used to measure the output of the laser, but with the laser off and flashlight on the bench in an otherwise dark room, the scope showed a signal. I thought there was some noise getting picked up but it was the inova!
what's up with that? of course at that freq it looked totally solid, but it was definitely oscillating. new batteries, same thing. ??
