International Battery Purchase

I am a new CPF member currently living in Taiwan. I am looking for Li ion rechargeable batteries (procted 17500) and charger for my SF G3, but it is impossible to find them locally. Could you please recommend good internet sites for battery and/or flashlight that offer internation shipping? Better still, if they offer discounts to CPF members. Thanks
