Is it me or did the E2l just change?

I thought the E2l was 45 lumes for 11 hours and 3 for 100 now the Surefire web site shows it as 60 lumes for 6 hours and 3 for 100. Did the update/change it?

It's been that way since 08. The 07 one was 65 lumens period, and then 08 brought the two-stage. Hope this answers your question.
