Is the Nitecore Smart PD D10/EX10 "ramping bug" fixed yet?

Since I heard from some users that their lights were fixed, is it now really fixed for good? At least I've heard the D20 is fixed. Not that I'm getting a new one, being among the ones making preorders of the D10.

Yup, it was fixed for the whole "smart PD" line. 7777 confirmed it a few weeks ago in a different thread. I've still got my old EX10 and don't mind the ramping bug enough to upgrade.
