The seller mentions it needs a new SLA battery ($320). Assume a new bulb too - price unknown.
Say you pay the buy-it-now price ($1,300) + batt ($320), you have a total cost of well under $2,000, unless the bulb is an outrageous price - maybe Ra could advise on what it might cost.
You would have what looks like a very nice light with unknown hours, very long-throw, very thin beam - fantastic for picking out small targets at great distance, but not good for area illumination, even at close range.
The alternatives are the Maxabeam or the cheaper Supernova, which will give you a similar long, thin beam; or a powerful all-rounder with superb throw and flood, such as a Polarion or Beast II.
All very different lights, but there aren't quite so many to choose from when you get up into that bracket!
I have a Supernova and a Polarion PH-40. The Supernova is a total wow-factor light, but the PH-40 is actually much more useful and reaches out almost as far, with huge area illumination into the bargain.
My wish-list would be a Maxabeam to replace the Supernova, but I still think the PH-40 would be more useful.
Forgive me for going off topic with my mention of other lights, but I think you are still considering various options, and I hope this rather rambling post might be some help.
