I have follow up a couple of SureFire auctions at e-bay, this guy selling Brand New SF-U2 for the price $150.00 Two other auction ended up today with $150.00 each. This is really cheap? Does anyone here know if it's real SF-stuff ?

100% legit.
I bought a 6P for $41 shipped from that seller. If my memory serves me, he cuts off the serial number code from the outside of the box. Not sure why he did this on mine, it didn't matter though because the S/N card and warranty info is still packed inside the box. So I just registered it anyways on-line.

80% of everything I buy is from eBay, the remainder from Amazon & individual merchants online. EBay is where the cheapskates of the world (self included) go bargain hunting. Price it near retail on eBay & you get to keep the item - price it low, or auction without reserve, and it gets gone fast.

If that is the brand, rather than SureFire, it might explain things.
