That head looks pretty cool. Let's hope it's versatile voltage wise.

At first glance, it looks reflectored but looking more closely, there's some distortion - is it a TIR lens?
Looks like the same lens as in the L1 and E series. Super thick bezel also. Head is longer also . Pretty hefty looking piece of kit
Interesting how for a Made in America company , everything new and unique shows up in Asian countries first. Not slamming SF or anyone else , just to me an interesting reoccurance.

SureFire have not released any information about any possible changes due to the L5 since informing us that the proto-type new version (pictured above) was put on indefinite hold shortly after SHOT Show 2007.
Is this the L5 for 2008?
