I've finished my Electron halogen to LED upgrade.

I've upgraded one half of my Electron 10/5 Watt Halogen with a 3 x Cree and Fatman driver. I did manage to have a little accident while filing the PCB to fit the light housing and popped one of the lenses off a LED. I managed to pop it back but the seal between the lens and LED is no longer quite so optically good. Still very pleased with the light output when driven at about 700mA.

I might drop the current back a little to reduce the running temp but hopefully given the temperature on most of our night rides they'll run a lot cooler than in the house.
