Jetbeam M1X flickering (not happy)

Finally i bought a Jetbeam M1X. I use a couple of AW 18500. The light flicks, it flicks on max and also on "medium" when batteries has less than 3.8v.
Now i tried 3xcr123a and it still flicks (cr has 3.01V)
M1X seems work well only with fresh batteries.
Threads are clean.. I need help i like very much this light but at this time is unusable..

Try removing the tailcap and use a paperclip between a battery negative terminal and a non-anodized portion of the body tube; see if the light flickers with that setup. Perhaps you have a bad tail switch. Otherwise, if all contacts are clean you might have a defective light.

Tomorrow i'll send it back. I'm very disappointed with Jetbeam. There are too many cases of malfunctions.
