K2 to Seoul P4 Swap - what are the +/-?

I just got a Seoul P4 U bin and emmiter to swap on my TerraLux MaxStar5 that I bought 3 months ago. I take it that it matters what direction the flow is. So what is - on the TerraLux and what is - on the Seoul P4. The P4 has a grove on one end of the 2 contacts - its one of the half-contact that has a grove while the other half contact doesn't, so which side is neg. On the K2 I'm removing is it the side that has TerraLux on the PCB or the side that has Pat-Pend again which side is neg. Thanks
