Kaidomains 4v-18v driver quesion

Its no on kaidomains site since the revamp so I took a pick. I just got it btw.

Where do you soilder the + and - wires?

Is the same driver on DX?

If so, there are usually some questions and answers posted about the + and - soldering locations.

I dunno if DX has it. the link you posted to kai looks like it, i think thats the one I bought. looks a little different but the specs are the same. I'll follow that. thx

one question tho, what if I wanted to use just 1 emitter instead of 2 or 3.. what battery options do I have?

sku 2982, that's the one. The driver will work with any number of LEDs as long as the battery can supply at least 4V per LED.

That will be fine. One of the examples has one LED with 4 18650.

Might I also ask how is efficiency? Any measuements and thermal performace estimates?

I'm not sure. I just built a light with it but haven't really used it yet (still need to finish it). I connected everything to test whether the driver and led worked and the light worked as expected.
