I would be but it would have to be on a Monday or Tuesday or I would have to know far enough in advance so I could take a day of vacation time. I'm assuming we're talking flashlights/ BBQ/food or something similar?

Well I would prefer it being away from the city lights. I live in leavenworth which is a pretty good location.

What about something in Lawrence? It'd be closer to Wichita, and not far from Leavenworth, and KC. There's a lot of good places to just meet up or even restaurants. Just my two cents.

Hi Fellas,

I never check this forum much, but glad I did!

I like the idea of a get together on a new moon, I have to check as
I have a weekend out of town in august sometime, cant recall which one
right now.. September works for me as well...

I am game for any location, the darker the better I think... :twothumbs
The night sky here in Bonner Springs is always aglow....

I may pm a couple members I don't see posting here that live in the area
to alert them to this thread...

well.. if its between the 16th and the 22nd (exclusive) it can be on any day.

Time: later evening. Do we want this to be an all-nighter, or more of a cookout? (or both)

The lakes sound good, not too far from where I am. Any further comments / proposals?
