Does anyone have any (true) specifications on these 18650 cells?
All my searches come up with mixed answers :(

These are my choices:
Olight 3400 ORB-186P34
Klarus 3400 18650
Olight 3600 ORB-186P36
Eagtac 3400 (which I purchased 4 and 2 have gone faulty within 8months)
Unfortunately that's the choices I have as the store has offered me a discount since I purchased 4 eagtec 3400 and 2 have gone faulty.

Price is not a factor :)

Thanks guys

Olight 3400's are very good. Not sure about Klarus. As for the Olight 3600mah cell I have searched high and low for what the core cell is and come up with nothing. Until Olight gives up what their core cell is for their 3600mah cell it is a mystery cell to me. Many have said the Olight 3600mah cell is actually the 3500mah GA cell well the amp ratings are different. The GA is a 10 amp cell the 3600mah Olight I believe is 6. So it is a mystery there. Eagletac is actually known to make some of the higher quality cells so it is unfortunate to hear that 2 of your 4 cells failed. Out of your choices that you listed I would go with the 3400mah Olight cells. I must have 16 of them. None have failed and all of them still charge to full capacity. GoingGear confirmed these Olight cells are indeed based on Panasonic NCR18650B cells which is reassuring.
