KX2 Dual output head unscrewed

My brand new KX2 dual output head came today, took apart the E2L, lubed up the threads and O-rig screwed it all up tight, gave a little twist on everything make sure it was snubbed up tight . . . . . . the freaking head starts to unscrew!

Man I'm not happy

Man a lot of people would kill to have a openable head, easy upgrade! I wish my L1's head is like that.
