Lanyard hardware in Portland, OR?

Anyone in the PDX metro area...I'm looking for a place to buy lanyard hardware (mini & micro clips, etc.) I know that I can get them online, but when I need something it's always one or two, and not all that often - seems silly to pay S&H for what would be an incredibly small order.

That's why I'm looking for a local (retail) source. (I've already tried Wink's and Andy & Bax...no luck.)

They used to be downtown near Oregon Leather and they had a good selection of nylon webbing, buckles, clips etc. Not sure what they carry currently.

Oregon Leather is also an option as they have a ton of metal clips, rings etc upstairs in the tack room.
