6 volts , claimed 90 lumens but probably closer to 60. claimed one hour run (untested). Water resistant to 30 meters. glass lens. full shock isolation.

I don't know about their weapons lights but I handle the LDI personal lights and I believe the 6V lights use the same lamp. Claimed output on the 6V personal light is 95L and I believe it. To my eyes, it appears to be between an SF P60 and SF P61 in brightness and the beam is the best of any light I own. Shock isolation is achieved by suspending the lamp between 2 high tension springs in the bezel. Compact way to isolate the lamp.

The personal lights are extremely nice. I wish I could comment specifically on the weapon light. Their specs don't surprise me though.

Switching isn't bad at all.
Unfortunatly the handgun I have it mounted on is a propietary rail system that requires an adapter. The adapter is frickin thick so it places the switch in a bad spot. I have small hands so I would like the paddles on the switches to be a bit longer, but that's just me. Folks with normal or large hands will find the switching easy to operate.

The paddles are ambidexterous (sp). Push down for momentary (very easy and natural. Push up for momenteary or push up a bit more for constant on, this requires a slight (very slight) effort so there is little chance of turning the light on accidently (also less natural).

The light is small and very well made 30 meter water resistant, full shock isolation, glass lens, interchangeable heads for LED/Laser/Turbo head.

Beam is very nice with a wonderfully large round side spill. Hot spot is nice and tight. I'm using some crummy batteries it came with and once I drain these /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I'll switch to some decent batteries. I purchased the same light with a propretary WALTHER mount and it came with LDI branded batteries that seem to provide more and whiter light.

So, it looks really small, and you think that it looks about as bright as the E2e or E2D (60 lumens), with a good beam? Does this light have any drawbacks that you can think of? If not, I may just get one. Thanks.

Only bad part is you need to remove the light from the weapon to change the batteries.

It is well made. very small. The beam is very nice and is around 60-75 lumens even though LDI claims 95

I'm happy with the light.
