I bought a LD20 from Amazon and a LD10 body from Lighthound, but they have different threads and don't fit together. These are gifts for my uncle so I don't have them in my hands. My uncle told me that one has fine threads and the other has coarse thread. I have emailed Lighthound but haven't got a replay yet. Can someone enlighten me?

Hmm. Thats wierd! I have a LD10 and bought a LD20 body from Lighthound. The LD20 body fits perfect with the LD10 head and tailcap - as it should! Because head and tailcap are the same for LD10 and LD20. Only difference is the body (1x AA or 2x AA).
Its yours LD20 with clip? Because Fenix updated both the LD10 and LD20 with clips. The first versions did not include the clip. So maybe you got hold of a new LD20 and a old LD10 body. I dont know, its just a guess.

I would second that guess, as Fenix changed the threads to the trapezoidal-type on the new LD10 and LD20. I have an older, no-clip LD20, and the L1D body and tail will interchange without issues.
