LED Colour Tubes

Hey guys, at a few live shows I've been to lately I've seen these really awesome LED Color tubes (note they aren't the strip things, but actual tubes where the whole thing lights up 360, not just one side). After a bit of searching I have found these ones:

Does anyone know what the quality of the Eurolite stuff is like, would they be bright? Because we play some well lit venues a super bright output would be a must. And does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives? Like I said I am really keen just on the tubes, as opposed to the strips where it can only be seen from one direction. Eventually I think it would be cool to have a bunch of these standing up around the stage all programmed via midi (so dmx control is needed) Cheers guys!

This Tube is called LED RGB Tube, controller by DMX controllers, it is mainly used to decoration of buildings, bridges, and so on, it is digital functaional.
