I'm trying to figure out which single cell flashlight will be great to use for a headband.

I already ordered a Mini AA Neutral and thinking if this will be good or is there something better.

zebralight - it already comes witha nice lookin headband, and some other extra stuff. very lightweight

h501 - single AA cell
h501w - same but in warm tint. ive had both and would recommend the warm tint.

they also make a single 18650, and if im not mistaken one that uses a single cr123a.

h30 and the h something. cant remember. (been drinking)

these are actually headlamps, but can be used in so many different ways... awesome flood light. worth every penny.
ive used it at work , its very secure on the head, doesnt get in the way at all. lightweight, can be pointed easily as well.

i got mine from illuminationgear.com
good and fast service. theres also a discount for cpf members.

Dude, he specifically asked for lights that would fit the nitecore headband. Honestly, a lot of people just post without actually reading.

Anyways, i use a PD30 and a Quark 123 in it and they work fine. Quark for the flood and the Fenix for the throw. Actually any light with about a diameter of 20-25mm would be good.

I have used several 1xCR123 and 1xAA and they all fit. 2XAA seemed to flop around a bit. The iTP A2 was a bit loose but with the clip don't think it would slip off.

I almost bought a zebralight but was put back by some bad reviews.

So by using a headband with changeable lights I will have better options.

I was just looking for a better light to attach to it with wider beam.:grin2:
