The older style Nichia NSPE590S blue-green should be here too. I've also seen some 10mm Toshiba yellow, orange and red LEDs with very narrow beams.

Is the 20 degree beam spread too wide? The Nichia NSPW500BS 6400mcd white 5mm T-1 is that, I can literally use it without any reflector it has such a small spot.
Just to mention about it in my mods that I sell there is a beam picture of it at Craigs website (the LED Museum)
