LEDs not working after applying GITD epoxy

I applied GITD and epoxy to a A2 LED ring and the cree dome ring of a Pelican 2690. Now both are either not working or or glowing very dimly. Help?

What is the powder used and what epoxy?

Sounds like your epoxy is conductive and it'll have to be carefully removed.

Ultra Green V7 and Selley's Ultra Clear Epoxy. Thank God I'm older than 5 and is covered by Pelican Warranty. The LED ring fixed itself after a wash.
