LED's OK?

While assembling my latest creation I noticed that the 'bubbles' on the emmiters had been knocked off center due to test fitting a lens. I did put them back on and cleaned them with a soft cloth, but I was wondering if I've screwed them up.Is there a better way to fix them?
How bad is this issue?

You messed up with Cree's I assume ?
If air gets between emitter and the dome you may see some artifacts in the beam - it may even work for some time without the glass dome.

Yes they are Cree's, don't know what bin though-MX power flashlight mod.
Is there a way to fix these properly?
I stuck them back on but it seems likely that they'll fall off.
Anyone have any good fixes?
