Long term use of 17650 in Inova X5

I wanted to get some feedback from people that have used 17650 cell in an Inova X5.

1. How long have you used the 17650 cell in your X5?
2. What do you estimate your run time to be?
3. Did you get the same brightness with 17650 vs 2x 123 cells?
4. Did you experience any problems with the 17650 cell or X5 do to using the 17650 cell?

As far as I know, 17 mm cells won't fit in an X5. Does the inner diameter vary as with other lights?
