Looking for Mg rx-1 mc-e equivalent with 2x18650

So I already got mg rx-1 mc-e.
Now to find an equivalent to that with double the runtime and 2x18650, with price tag under $100.
The cheaper the better, suggestions?

That looks nice, but gets a bit pricey when hauled over here.

could you tell how does that dive light compare to mg rx-1, in reflector dimensions, pwm frequency?
Maybe even take a few side by side beamshots.
