What I'm looking for is a D-bin SSC P7 with a I for the forward voltage on a star Or not if I have to. Where can I buy one from?

What I want to do is direct drive a P7 from an 18650 battery. Is the I forward voltage to low or would a J be better?

I would not use an I bin emitter DD, the over voltage from the 18650 would probly kill it. I have done it before, but the emitter did not last long.
