Looking for some specific advice on two bins...

I've got a choice between a Seoul USVOH and a USWOH. I'll be running this on a single RCR123/CR123. Still undecided on the driver, and I'm more than willing to listen to suggestions for that as well.

What bin would you use? How many lumens should I expect out of the front end?

Both are u-bin, which is the one that determines lumen flux. However, Seoul's bins have a range of 20 lumens per watt, so there could be variance even within the bin. The only difference between those two emitters are their tint. V0 is warmer, W0 is a neutral white. Personally, I like V0 since I find even "pure" white is too cool for outdoors use, IMO. Lumen output depends on the diver current, so there's no way to determine until you decide on a driver. Also, since a 3v input would require a boost converter, and a 3.7v input would require a buck converter, your choices are limited to a boost/buck converter. I'll let someone who knows more about drivers chime in.

Having used both tints, I prefer the USVOH emitter better.

Both are good though, and I wouldn't throw rocks at either one.
