Can someone explain the difference between the 219C and 319A. If both are 5000k, is it just a CRI difference?

Yes 219 is higher CRI

There is also a few other differences. The 319A's are more efficient and bin at slightly higher flux levels than their 219C counter parts. My eyes are partial towards the 219C 5K.
