Sources outside the US for Luminus LED's?
In other words, other sources than avnet?

Super just what i needed, but they have a funny way of not showing what type of LED it is, read no colour code.

But the price is ok and remeber that there is a 8% discount if you use the "CPF8" redemption code

AMU ELECTRONICS in germany is also selling them,
much more expensive but you know what bin you are getting.

4Sevens does list the bin and tint code on his CPF Custom page. The WM-F3 in particular is in the GM102 kit category. AVNET, which apart from the high shipping costs to Europe and the no availability of stock, is selling these GM102's for $40. So if AVNET wants $118 total after shipping, that makes 4Sevens a great deal at $25.76 after his discount for the same thing!

OK, the WM bin is one notch below the highest available bin with 850-1000 lumens @ 3.2 amps. Probably why he's offering them at such a great price. That's still 2,014-2,370 emitter lumens @ 9 amps. In case you're wondering it's just a pixel ratio estimate of 237% increase @ 9 amps from the Luminus graph "Relative Output Flux vs. Forward Current" on page 9 of their SST-90-W Data Sheet. The F3 tint has the BBL pass right through the middle of it, so this is an excellent color tint. The "SST-90-W Data sheet" lists the bin codes, tint codes and output graphs while the "PhlatLight Binning and Labeling" shows what the kit numbers mean. Member DFiorentino's thread has recently been upgraded to include the Luminus color graph.

Beware of the +25% and the lovely 180DKK fee..! If youre unlucky, you end up paying almost 400DKK for one LED ($73).

I expressed myself badly: No colour number ieg: W65, W45 but i assume it is W65.

Yes it's a W65S. Sorry, probably more like I was listening badly. If you look at page 24 of the PhlatLight Binning and Labeling pdf, you can tell from the chromaticity bins listing, what type of SST-90 it is.

I'm thinking David made the same mistake I did. Whether it's a W65S or W57S is all redundant when you look in the bin kit ordering code list. For some reason Luminus doesn't include that info in the Data Sheet.
