Here is my latest triple-Q5 WG light, I just finished machining it today. This light was commissioned by a local bike shop owner and is designed around the helmet and handlebar mounts for his Hope Vision HID (which conveniently stopped working on Saturday night). The light is based on the popular Cutter MR-11 setup and regulated with a TaskLED Fatman at around 800mA.

The inside is fairly simple. Everything is held together with a single spiral retaining ring on top of a silicon o-ring. There is a bore for MCPCB and Optics that is 1.38"dia x .720" deep and a deeper bore for the driver that is .920" dia. x 1.23" deep. The wall thickness where the grommet and wires enter the housing is .05". The holes drilled in the back are blind holes that are there for lightening and styling. The owner is a firearms aficionado, hence the revolver theme. The holes in the back are a tight press fit for .22 shells, so if he wants to complete the revolver look he can.

I forgot to take pictures before this light was assembled, but I'm making a few more that are the same internally with slightly different exterior styling. I'll try to remember to take some pics of those housings before I assemble them.

Overall length is 2.00" OD is 1.60". I didn't get a chance to put it on the digital scale at work before I delivered it to it's new owner, but I would estimate between 100-150 grams for the assembled unit. I'll ask him to weigh it when I see him on our ride tonight, I'm curious about how much is weighs also!

We are making our own project hire and we ware able to get down to 1,75" length and 1,69 OD (44,6mm on 43 mm) but with screwed front ring.

Got it weighed this morning! The light head is 134g fully assembled and the weight with a 7.4V 4800mAh Li-Ion from battery space and around 6' of cable is 440g.
