i just made a mag623 and i put it all together i have AW's new d switch that does 30% 60% 100% i put everything together it also is using the 15.6v battery pack from lux luther.alls it does is shock me but the light isent coming on any help would be great.

Make sure the switch ground set screw is digging in to the body. The AW switch ground screw hits the body in a little different place than the stock switch did, so you may have to burnish the anodising off a little where it will contact.

(I had the same problem on my C M@g)

Try to isolate the problem by taking the light apart. With the D driver switch and battery pack removed. Use a jumper wire to connect the pack to the driver switch to see if it can light up. I don't think 15.6V can shock unless there is static electricity present in the light body.

got it working right =) the tail switch needed to be sanded more it looked like it was sanded good but must not have been enough  thanks for the help and thanks for all the great parts. AW the switch works great.Lux the battery pack works great too thanks to both of you :twothumbs
