Does anyone have any spec or info on Magic Shine battery packs?

I would like to know if anyone knows the individual size and brand of the 18650s that are used in the pack. (rated mA hours)

Thanks.

They have been upgraded to waterproof using the 1400 design.

Huge threads here on 'Has anyone played with ...' and in the MTBR forum if you search.

Geoman may also respond to a query.

Don't own one myself, so that's the best I can do for you.

Thanks, the MTB guys really get into lights. But I'm not going to join another forum to do a search. And I probably won't be opening a battery pack strictly out of curiosity.

But the reason for my post want to verify whether and one ever reviewed the brand and capacity of the cells used in batteries from DealX or geoman and whether there have been any cell vendor changes in production.

In theory, the battery used be MAgic Shine could be using cheap $6 cells or pretty great $10 cells - resulting in anywhere from a 25-40 Watt hour battery. My battery must be at least 30 Watt hours, which is an "OK deal."

burpee it is 2s2p battery pack - the battery pack capacity is about 4,8-5,0Ah - unknown brand so after 100 cycles capacity may be a bit lower ;).

The pack provides no balancing leads,
Interesting.

I've finished all the "inspection/testing" I'm going to do. Now comes the part where I quit paying any attention.

I'm new to the Li Ion game and wanted to "see" the difference between the theoretical and actual Watt/hour - battery run time. If these

I've drawn about 31 watt/hours. (5.5 hours at 5.7 watts - medium power)
