So I was wondering how many lumens the 2c maglite with a Mag-num star xenon bulb. I know the white star is 20. Anyone have an idea how bright the magnum star is?

It'll be near 25 lumens on a brand new set of batteries the first moment you turn it on, but it will decline quickly to 50% output in under an hour, then begin to stabilize/decline more slowly at around 25% output.

Not many, not for very long. Speedywheelz, I know you're looking for a cheap incandescent, the stock form 2C mag is not it. There are modifications to make it much brighter, like running 3 CR123's in the tube and a 6 cell xenon lamp. Do a search for that and you'll find lots of info.
