Maha 808 Any Upgrades?

I'm tempted to get that charger, but if something better is on the horizon I'd maybe rather wait. A two amp, or more, charge rate, with numerical capacity readout and ability to accept C & D cells would be ideal.

Any rumblings about anything new out there?

After I got my C9000, I stopped using my C808. It was able to rejuvenate some old C cells that my 808 was unable to revive. I modified the C9000 so I could connect C or D cells and even a rechargeable toothbrush.

what we really need is a nrw c9000 for c and d cells.

what we really need is a new c9000 for c and d cells.

that does 8 items at a time, shows more display for each item, reducing the scrolling and weeding through the display, and costs less than $100 total.
that would be wonderfull.

I have the 808. Bought it few weeks ago.

It does good work and very fast in charging C/D cells and they really nicely fit there.

It looks sturdy

I just decided not to go with maglites so put mine for sale, over there..

The unit is big, and simply no space for me to charge/keep an eye on it at the same time
