Maha C9000 Modification?

The C9000 is one hellk of a nice charger but to me it lacks two things these being 1. ON/OFF Power Switch and 2. A Reset button/switch.

Down the track sometime I'm planning to modify my C9000 and add these two modes to it i.e a on/off switch and a reset switch, though I'm not sure if its possible due to its circuit board and design, but if it can be done would be a great idea I reckon

As I have one of the newer versions, I just wish I didn't have 34 months left before I can attempt to tone down the 100 Watt H-4 backlight!

Which version do you have, mine is the OHOAA version.

I would also love to put say a 2 min tim,er on the backlight so after 2 mins it goes off and to turn it back on just press a backlight button.

Mine is a 0G0IA. I will say it does make a great nitelite, however, still a bit too bright for such use, IMO, more like a "Daylite".

Cycle switch OFF-ON to reset

Personally, I just have the power brick plugged into a switched powerstrip so it isn't sucking a parasitic phantom load 24/7 when the charger is not in use.
